Customer services

All complaints regarding the quality of delivered products must be addressed to pourlalivraison.fr by contacting customer services via the contact form provided or alternatively, calling us no later than two working days after receiving your delivery.

Faulty products or unsatisfactory orders

Have you received a product that doesn’t work properly, is incomplete or damaged? Is there something with the order that does not meet your standards? We ask that you make us aware of the issue immediately, and get in touch with customer services via the contact form provided, or by email(customer.services@deliverybags.eu).
If you decide to contact our customer services by email or by phone, you will be asked to provide your full name, order number and the reference numbers for each of the faulty products.

Cancellation period

You have a cancellation period of 14 days beginning from the date of delivery, to return any products to the company 10452 for an exchange or refund without incurring any penalty. In exceptional cases, this period will be increased to 30 days for either an exchange or a credit note (under no circumstances will a refund be offered beyond 14 days of this period).

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code (France), the cancellation period is no longer applicable in the following circumstances:

• The provision of services has been fully provided before the end of the cancellation period and the execution of this process had started after full, prior consent from the consumer and an express waiver of their right to withdrawal.
• The supply of goods is made according to the specifications of the consumer or is significantly personalised.
• The goods are liable to deteriorate or quickly become outdated.
• The goods have been unsealed from their packaging by the consumer after delivery and therefore, cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons (masks, wet wipes etc.).
• The goods which after being delivered and by their very nature, are mixed in an inseparable nature with other goods.

Refunds will be given using the same method of payment that you used during your initial transaction. In the following situation whereby, a whole order has benefited from the rebate or reduction of port fees or free transport, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. In all cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

To return an order, we recommend you package over the original packaging of your products, as we will only be able to take back items that are in their entirety (accessories, warranty voucher, instructions, bags or cases etc.), also with their original packaging, all of the items in an intact, and brand-new state, with no signs of use or wear and tear.

Warning: Always keep hold of the original packaging of the products otherwise, you may not be able to send them back to us if issues arise. As a matter of fact, the Post Office and all other carriers will reject a parcel for delivery that has not been packaged in a box that can be easily handled.
You must ensure that you provide a copy of the invoice you received when returning your package to us. In order for us to process an eventual refund or exchange of your products, we need to ensure that you have not damaged any products, and that you have sent them all in their entirety.
