1) Nothing could be simpler! You must first consult our product catalog by browsing our sites ( or ) or by using our internal search engine to find what you are looking for.
After selecting the product (s) of your choice by clicking on the “Add to basket” button on the item’s technical sheet, you add the product to your basket.

When you are on the “shopping cart” page, the full details of your order are displayed, indicating the product (s) selected, as well as the shipping costs.
You can add / delete a product at any time or modify the quantity of an article. You can access your shopping cart by clicking at the top right of your screen. You must also choose the delivery method you want according to the choices offered to you. The delivery times displayed run from the delivery of your package by the carrier.
If you want to continue shopping, all you have to do is click on “Continue shopping”. After validating your basket and choosing your delivery method, click on “Place order” to identify yourself.

– If you have already made a purchase on our site, all you need to do is enter your login details. Your details are already registered.

– If you have never ordered from us, you must register as a new customer and complete the form. You will be asked for your first and last name, e-mail address, address, state, city and telephone number. The country is automatically detected by our IP localization service in order to avoid any errors in the delivery of your order. Please make sure the country of delivery is correct. To change the country of delivery, you must close the web page and open a new page to select the correct country (top left of your screen).

After entering your personal details, you must choose the desired payment method. As soon as you have completed all the information (contact details + payment method), you will access an order confirmation page which summarizes the details of your order: item (s) and quantities, delivery method and costs, delivery address and method of payment.

To be sure that your order has been registered you must reach this stage. You can also print your order confirmation.

Payment by credit card is the easiest and fastest way to pay for your order. It can be done either by Credit Card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or e-Carte Bleue via the secure server of our partner Stripe, a multilingual, multi-card and multi-currency secure online payment solution.

If you order before 12 p.m. (Noon) from Monday to Thursday, we process your order and ship your package during the day (except payment by check). You will receive your package in 7 to 10 working days from its dispatch (generally observed delay).
To receive your order even faster (in 1 to 3 days depending on the delivery location), you can opt for Express delivery.
In all cases, if the product is no longer in stock and needs to be manufactured, add 10-20 days to the delivery time.

As soon as your order is shipped, we send you an email with a link to track the delivery of your package. Simply click on this link to follow the progress of your order in real time.

To be able to take full advantage of all the services on the site, you must have a customer account, even if it is not essential to place an order. For this, we need several pieces of information such as a billing address, delivery address, e-mail address etc.

When shopping on, you have the option of changing the delivery address on the confirmation page, just before confirming your order: Complete the “Delivery address” box to the left of the summary of the items ordered.

When you make your return online (see Return service), the refund method depends on the payment method used when ordering:
Bank card: we will refund you to your bank card account.
PayPal: we will refund you to your PayPal account or to your credit card account if you have not created a PayPal account at the time of payment.
Check and Bank Transfer: we will reimburse you by bank transfer. In this case, enter your IBAN and BIC in the field provided when registering your return online.
After receipt and validation of your return (15 days – period generally observed), we refund the returned items.

Several validity conditions can explain this problem:

A promotional code is only valid once.
You can only use one promotional code per order.
The total amount of your order must be greater than the minimum purchase amount indicated on the promotional code.
Coupons are valid for a limited time.
Discount coupons can only be used before clicking on “Confirm order”. No reduction can be granted after validation of the order.
To avoid any confusion (for example between the letter O and the number zero), it is preferable to copy the code and paste it directly in the provided field. Make sure there are no spaces between the characters in the code.
