- Four Layer insulation: PRD 52-33-Hot’ncold has four layers of insulation to keep the hot food hot and the cold food cold even in the same delivery. Additionally, an internal heated bag and an internal cold compartment can keep the food hot and cold for a long period of time.
- Waterproof and water-repellent fabric: The type of fabric used for food warmer bags is 900D polyester, PU coated with hydrophobic treatment. This fabric is 10 times more resistant to corrosion than standard polyester fabrics. Also, it is waterproof, touch and breathable fabric used in military and equipment protection bags.
- Antibacterial lining: The antibacterial agent in the textile kills bacteria or prevents the growth of microorganisms inside the bag.
- Strong and durable YKK zipper slider: This hot bag is equipped with extra sturdy #10 YKK zippers made in Japan. Hence, these zippers are able to withstand years of wear and tear.
- Excellent Aluminum frame and back support: Makes the bag unbreakable, and it gives the driver an ergonomic fit while walking or moving around.
- Lightweight and sturdy hot bag for food: Designed to be tough and lightweight when carrying on the back.

- Multipurpose delivery bag includes the below addons to make it fully functional, suitable for any type of delivery operation:
- Internal separator: Is a shelf that separates the bag into 2 or more compartments so it can hold more food in an organized way possible.
- Heated shelf: Is an easy to use and maintain internal element. Available in either 12V or 220V power plugs. The 12V heater comes with car plug adapter that is heated inside the car, whereas the 220V heater comes with power plug adapter that is heated in the restaurant. The heated shelf needs 5 min to heat the bag and keep the food warm for about 50 min during delivery.
- Internal heated bag: Is a separate bag added to the bag.
- Internal cold compartment: Is added to help in delivering mixed orders (hot and cold) in one solution.
- Top beverage: Additional compartment for beverages on top of the bag.
