Withdrawal period
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of the equipment to return the product to the company ProDel Solutions AB for exchange or refund without penalty. This period is exceptionally extended to 20 days for an exchange or a credit note (no refund possible beyond 14 days).
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this withdrawal period is not applicable in particular:
• The supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal;
• Supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• Supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• Supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (masks, wipes, etc.);
• Supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
The refund will be made with the same means of payment that you used during the transaction. In the event of the return of a complete order having benefited from a discount on shipping costs or free transport costs, the amount of the refund of the order will be reduced by the cost of these shipping costs.
